Day 01: Jabalpur Arrival
Upon arriving at Jabalpur Railway Station or Airport, proceed to your hotel. Check in, freshen up, and start your visit to Kachnar City, known for its big statue of Lord Shiva. In the evening, head to Gwarighat to attend the Aarti at the holy Narmada River. You can also take part in the peaceful Deepdan ceremony. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Jabalpur.
Day 02: Jabalpur Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, start your Jabalpur sightseeing. Visit Bhedaghat, famous for its marble rocks, and see the beautiful Dhuandhar Waterfall. Explore the old Chausath Yogini Temple and enjoy boating or a ropeway ride at Panchwati (optional). Later, visit Bargi Dam for the big lake and the sunset. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Jabalpur.
Day 03: Jabalpur Departure

Best Time to Visit Bhedaghat
October to March is the best time. Days are cool and boating is open.
- April to June: hot, go out early morning and evening.
- July to September: Dhuandhar Falls is at its biggest, but boating is closed.

Bhedaghat Marble Rocks
White marble cliffs, about 100 feet high, stand on both sides of the Narmada. See them on a boat ride. On full moon nights, the rocks shine silver.
Dhuandhar Waterfall
Here the Narmada falls so hard that it makes a white mist, like smoke. Ride the ropeway for a top view of the falls.
Madan Mahal Fort
A small 900-year-old Gond fort on top of a big rock. It was a watch post of Rani Durgavati. The top gives a wide view of the city.
Rani Durgavati Museum
A museum named after Rani Durgavati, the brave Gond queen. See old stone statues, coins and writings found around Jabalpur.
Balancing Rock
A huge rock that rests on another rock on a tiny point. It did not fall even in the 1997 earthquake. Kids love it.
Chausath Yogini Temple
A 1,000-year-old round temple on a hill near Bhedaghat, with old statues of 64 goddesses. Climb the steps for a great river view.
Narmada River Ghat
Gwarighat is the best place for the evening Narmada aarti. People float small lamps on the river. It is calm and lovely.
Bargi Dam
A big dam on the Narmada, with a lake that looks like a sea. Come for the sunset. Boat rides were stopped in 2026, so check before you go.
