This Pachmarhi tour package from Bengaluru covers 3 nights and 4 days in Pachmarhi, with pickup and drop at Pipariya Railway Station. It starts from ₹8,499 per person plus GST. The daily Sanghamitra Express runs from SMVT Bengaluru straight to Pipariya in about 29 hours, so most people plan a 6 to 7 day trip in total.
Bengaluru already has good weather, so people from Bengaluru come to Pachmarhi for something else: deep Sal forest, waterfalls you can walk down to, cave temples and wide views from the top of the Satpura range. The train ride is long, but it is direct, and you can sleep through a good part of it. Once you reach Pipariya, our driver picks you up and everything else, from the hotel to the Gypsy tours, is already arranged.

Best Time to Visit Pachmarhi from Bengaluru
- October to February is the best time. The air is clear, the forest is green after the rains and sightseeing is comfortable all day.
- March to June is warmer, but early mornings in the forest are still pleasant. Start sightseeing early on these days.
- Because the train takes more than a day, long weekends are tight. Plan at least 6 to 7 days from Bengaluru, or fly part of the way.
Travel Tips for Bengaluru Travellers
- Sanghamitra Express leaves from SMVT Bengaluru (Baiyappanahalli), not KSR. Check your ticket for the right station.
- Carry snacks and water for the train. Food options on a 29 hour journey can be limited at odd hours.
- Forest points have fixed timings, so start sightseeing early on Day 2 and Day 3.
- Weekends, long holidays and the Mahashivratri period get very crowded, so book early for these dates.
