Detailed Tour Itinerary: – 3 Nights / 4 Days

(Ujjain – Omkareshwar – Maheshwar – Indore)

 

Day 1 – Arrival at Ujjain & Local Sightseeing

On arrival at Ujjain Railway Station, our representative will receive you and transfer you to the hotel. After check-in, take some time to freshen up and relax.

Later, we proceed for local sightseeing.

Visit the famous temples and spiritual sites of Ujjain, including:

• Kal Bhairav Temple (Kotwal of Ujjain)
• Bhartrihari Cave
• Chintaman Ganesh Temple
• Gadkalika Temple
• Baglamukhi Temple
• Mangalnath Temple (Birthplace of Mars)

In the evening, visit the Mahakaleshwar corridor. It looks more beautiful at night.  Overnight stay in Ujjain.

 Day 2 – Bhasma Aarti | Omkareshwar Darshan | Narmada Boating

Early in the morning, attend the famous Bhasma Aarti at Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple, one of the most unique Shiva aarit that happens only in Ujjain.

After the darshan, return to the hotel and enjoy breakfast. After breakfast, drive towards Omkareshwar, another divine Jyotirlinga located on the banks of the holy Narmada River.

Upon arrival, explore the holy temples:

Maheshwar is a beautiful heritage town situated on the banks of the Narmada River. You can also visit Maheshwar Fort, built by Queen Ahilyabai Holkar in 1796 and a handloom sarees shop in the fort .

After visiting Ram ghat which is famous for beautiful ghats you can also enjoy Dal Bafla signature dish of Malwa then drive to indore. 

After reaching Indore and hotel check-in, in the evening, visit the popular 56 Dukan, also called Khau Gali, famous for local snacks and street food. Later, explore the famous Sarafa Bazaar.

Day 4 – Full Day Indore Sightseeing & Railway Station/Airport Drop

After breakfast, begin the full-day sightseeing tour of Indore, the cleanest city of India known for its culture, food, and history.
